This is an introduction session to get to know each other to determine if we are a good fit.
Initial Consultation Fee
Flat fee of $120 for a maximum of three hours.
During this session we discuss the services available and ask/answer any questions we might have. A service contract will be drafted for any services decided will be helpful.
1 - Advance Care Plan
Flat fee of $125 for a maximum of three hours.
I can help you think about and write your Advance Care Plan. An ACP is a document which documents your wishes for your end of life kata kairon.
2 - Will - (Facilitate between Client and Power of Attorney)
Flat fee of $125 for a maximum of three hours.
I can help you think about and facilitate the writing of your Will. A Will is a legal document that specifies how your assets (estate), dependants (like children), and even funeral wishes should be handled after you die, ensuring your choices are followed. It appoints an executor to manage your estate and names beneficiaries (people, charities, pets) to inherit your property, providing clarity, reducing family conflict, and offering peace of mind.
3 - RUGS - Regrets/Unfinished Business/Guilt-Shame
$40.00 for the first 10 hours then $35.00 per hour on going.
I can help you put right or reconcile with any regrets you may have. I can help you facilitate those difficult and/or easy conversations with people. I can help with unfinished business, whether it's paying a bill or the putting right of a situation. I can help you work through any guilt or shame you may be holding on to.
4 - Spiritual Being - Rituals/Ceremonies
$40.00 for the first 10 hours then $35.00 per hour on going.
I can help you by facilitating any rituals or ceremonies that are meaningful to you. Spiritual rituals or ceremonies help put your spirit, your spiritual being, at rest.
5 - Bucket List
$40.00 for the first 10 hours then $35.00 per hour on going.
I can help you write and fore-fill experiences, goals, events, challenges etc on your bucket list. Not all of them will necessarily be achievable but, have some fun trying.
6 - Legacy/Life Review
$40.00 for the first 10 hours then $35.00 per hour on going.
I can help you put together your legacy material/document/display using video, written material, photos, song, art or combinations of these mediums. I can also help you write your life review. Your life review is a document containing events / dates / times / people / thoughts / feelings, all of which tell your story.
7 - Goodbye Letters
$40.00 for the first 10 hours then $35.00 per hour on going.
I can help you write goodbye letters to your family and friends. These can be hand or digitally written or recorded either by voice or voice and video. Goodbye letters are not limited to words alone but can include art, music, dance etc.
8 - Vigils
$40.00 for the first 10 hours then $35.00 per hour on going.
I can help you think about, plan and then organise and facilitate your vigil. This includes ensuring your space is exactly as you want it.
9 - Advance Directive/Living Will
Flat fee of $125 for a maximum of three hours.
I can help you think about and write your Directives/Living Will. An advance directive is a statement signed by a person setting out in advance the treatment wanted or not wanted in the event of becoming unwell in the future.
10 - Day to Day
$40.00 for the first 10 hours then $35.00 per hour on going.
I can help you with your day-to-day needs. Chores, errands etc.
Many Doula accept koha (donations/gifts) based on what the client can afford. Fees are flexible and based upon the situation, and scope of services required. I want to provide care for all, no matter your financial situation.
In case of hardship, please feel comfortable approaching me.
I am sure we will be able to sort something for you.
A weekly or monthly invoice (based on the frequency of visits or sessions) will be emailed to you for services rendered. I accept net banking or cash payments.
